FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our programs, fees, and enrollment process.
PPrograms
What subjects do you offer tuition for?+
We offer tuition for a wide range of subjects including Mathematics, Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, Bahasa Malaysia, History, and more. Our programs cover Primary (Year 1–6), Secondary (Form 1–5), A-Level, IGCSE, and University Foundation levels.
What are the class sizes at TNF Education Centre?+
We believe in quality over quantity. Our standard classes have a maximum of 12 students. Holiday intensive programs are capped at 8 students per group to maximise individual attention and focus.
Can I switch tutors if my child is not comfortable?+
Absolutely. We want every student to thrive, and that includes feeling comfortable with their tutor. If there is a mismatch, simply speak to our centre manager and we will arrange a suitable transfer at no extra cost.
Do you offer online tuition classes?+
Yes, we offer fully interactive online classes starting from RM 100/month. Our online sessions use live video conferencing with screen sharing, digital worksheets, and the same quality instruction as our in-person classes. Online students also get WhatsApp support between sessions.
FFees
Are there any registration fees?+
There is a one-time registration fee of RM 50 for new students, which covers registration, learning materials assessment, and placement evaluation. Monthly tuition fees start from RM 100/month for online classes and RM 120/month for in-person classes.
EEnrollment
Do you offer trial classes before I commit?+
Yes! We offer a free trial class for all new students. This gives your child the opportunity to experience our teaching style and meet the tutors before committing to a program. Book your free trial through our booking page.
What happens if my child misses a class?+
We understand that illness and family commitments happen. Missed classes can be made up in the same week subject to availability, or students can request lesson materials to self-study. For online students, sessions are recorded so they can catch up at their own pace.
PProgress
How will I know if my child is making progress?+
We provide monthly progress reports outlining each student's performance, areas of improvement, and focus areas for the coming month. We also hold parent-teacher consultation sessions every term, and you are always welcome to speak directly with your child's tutor.
